TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Tick-Clocks shall not be responsible for lost or damage to photographs entrusted to us, unless the damage or loss has been caused by our negligence. In this instance, the maximum liability shall not exceed £5.00 per order.

It is understood that an order placed for our service constitutes a warranty by the customer that they have copyright over any photograph presented for reproduction and the customer will keep us indemnified from all liability to costs, damages or any other charges arising from such use.

WARRANTY
All of our products carry a full 12 months warranty.

OUR GUARANTEE
Your satisfaction is our most important concern. If for any reason you are not absolutely delighted with your clock, simply send it back in the original condition within 30 days for a no questions asked refund. Always remove your battery before returning a clock. We do not refund the original cost of the postage.

BATTERIES
All clocks use an AA size battery which we do not supply.

PRIVACY POLICY:

Information collected at the time of ordering, or requesting any information from Tick-Clock is purely for our own use & collected lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information is only collected for the purpose of fulfilling orders and will not be sold to or used by any other third parties.

We may however from time to time send marketing material or product information via email to existing Tick-Clocks customers. If you prefer not to receive information from Tick-Clocks, please advise so we can amend our records unsubscribe@tick-clocks.co.uk. Please provide your Name and Default Email Address only.

DELIVERY:
Delivery subject to availability, please allow up to 28 days - often much quicker. All products are carefully and securely packaged to ensure that they arrive with you in perfect condition.

OUR PRICES:
The prices shown on our website are in £ sterling. (Delivery Charges are displayed & added accordingly)
Payment in full must accompany your order, which can be made online via SSL secure server, by fax, by post, or by telephone using Visa or Mastercard as described on our site. Payment by cheque is welcome, but will require clearance via the banks prior to your order being processed (please allow up to 5 days).
Any discrepancy in pricing will be advised to you by email, fax or phone and you will have the opportunity to revise or cancel your order at that stage.

SECURITY:
When using our online ordering facility, rest assured that all credit and debit card transactions are completed using a SSL Secure Server and your card details are encrypted for your security at all times. If you have any concerns or questions about ordering online, please contact us

COMPLAINTS:
Tick-Clocks will endeavour to respond to complaints Next Working Day, but guarantee to respond within five working days.

GOODS OFFERED:
All dimensions quoted are approximate and for guidance purposes only. Tick-Clocks reserves the right to change the specification of its products without notice.

OUR GUARANTEE:
If you are not delighted with the goods, please return within 10 days, Tick-Clocks will be happy to make a refund or exchange providing they are in perfect condition.

DATA PROTECTION:
The personal information with which you provide us will be safeguarded by Tick-Clocks and not used or sold to any third party.

CLAIMS & REMEDIES:
In the unlikely event that a product is damaged in transit, please retain the product in its original packaging then, please inform us immediately by email or telephone.
We will then make the necessary arrangements to rectify the situation.

Damage caused through neglect, accident and/or misuse by you, no claim will be entertained. In the unlikely event that your product appears to be faulty or defective on arrival, please retain the product with its original packaging. Please contact us immediately by email or telephone, stating the exact nature of the problem. If the product is proved to be faulty you may opt either for a replacement or for a full and prompt refund.

However, we cannot make refunds for custom made goods unless they are faulty.

FORCE MAJEURE:
Tick-Clocks shall not be liable for any default due to any act of God, war, strike, lock-out, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, tempest or other event beyond our control.

STATUTORY RIGHTS:
Your statutory rights are not affected.
